HOW PAYMENT WORKS

U.S. Students

Payment can be made via credit card (through a card process server), via check or money order (sent to my office address),
via wired amounts into an escrow account (the account number will be provided upon request), and via cash.

Personal checks will take 5 business days upon receipt before tutoring commences. Tutoring can commence immediately upon
receipt of money orders and cashier's checks. You will be notified upon receipt of any mail on the date of arrival (excepting
communication problems with the Internet, at which time confirmation will be made ASAP).

Wired funds, when noted as available, will make tutoring available immediately.

Credit Card payments, when noted as available, will make tutoring available immediately.

ALL cash payments MUST be via certified mail. All certified mail will be opened with a Webcam video confirmation of
the envelope being unsealed and the amount counted. E-mail confirmation of the amount received will then permit tutoring
to be made available immediately.

International Students

(sent to my office address), via wired amounts into an escrow account (an account number will be provided upon request),
and via cash in U.S. dollars.

Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks upon receipt before tutoring commences (due to International delays).
Tutoring can commence immediately upon receipt of money orders and cashier's checks of U.S. affiliate banks.
You will be notified upon receipt of any mail on the date of arrival (excepting communication problems with the Internet,
at which time confirmation will be made ASAP).

Wired funds, when noted as available, will make tutoring available immediately.

Although an unlikely option for International students, ALL cash payments MUST be in U.S. dollars and via certified mail.

Suggested Amounts

The initial suggested amount is $100. This amount is sufficient to obtain between 2 and 4 hours of tutoring, depending on how it is utilized.
If the interactional nature of this tutoring system is comfortable for both of us, then we can plan for your class needs.

Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation by a student of any reserved time slot MUST BE received by me AT LEAST8 hours before
the scheduled time or a $20 "lost time fee" will be charged.

If a student reserves a time slot and doesn't show on the Internet during that time,
then a $50 "lost time fee" will be charged. Depending on the reason for the "no show",
I MAY refund all but the standard $20 "lost time fee".
